Using Fambee

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract.
• You're responsible for your account and for the family members you invite.
• Use Fambee to organize your own family. Don't misuse it, break the law, or try to disrupt the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you put into Fambee and the accounts you connect. You give us permission to process that information only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

What Fambee does and doesn't do

• Fambee is an assistant. It suggests and drafts; you make the decisions. It does not send messages, make purchases, or take irreversible actions on your behalf.
• Fambee can make mistakes. Please double-check important dates and details. Fambee is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Connected accounts

When you connect Google, Microsoft, or other services, you also agree to their terms. We use a third-party authentication provider (Composio) to set up and maintain these connections securely. You can disconnect a connected account at any time.

Service availability

Fambee is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fambee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using Fambee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above when we do.
